when hope becomes tiring?

A quote pops into mind, i feel obliged to share:

"It's not the despair... I can take the despair. It's the hope I can't stand." John Cleese's outburst in '80s movie 'Clockwise' probably resonates one of the main challenges to dreams. Dream is hinged on hope. I think that makes the last blog complete.

Just read the last blog, and then read this one too. *Sigh* I think "tired hope" is the beginning of suicide...not necessarily physical suicide, but emotional suicide...

Lack of hope prevents anyone from dreaming big...reminds me of Ben Carson's book, "Dream Big." He had to snap out of it. He had to see himself as bigger than what he was when he was young. His classmates in high school (can't remember what level) constantly teased him that he was dumb, but it's such a fascination how he turned out to be one of the best neurosurgeons in the world today.

I'm daring myself to dream big each day...

(loved ur last post, thanks for the synopsis).
